You need your student number. That's your user id. 

The password is your first initial and last initial, then your birthdate in this format: dd/mm/yyyy

Example: 

John Smith, birthday 12/9/04

If that does not work...

try the dd/mm/yy

so... John Smith birthday 12/9/04
