According to the latest guidance from the state, your child will need to isolate at home for 5 days.

At the end of the 5 days, it's recommended that they re-test with a RAPID test. If they are still positive, they should stay home for the full 10 day isolation period.

They should stay at home for at least 5 days from the date of last exposure - which is about 5 days after your positive child started symptoms - so a total of 10 days.
