Welcome to HB Strength & Conditioning

Hello! And welcome to the Hollis Brookline Strength & Conditioning page. This site was composed to gather all of the information and content I provide as and Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach to the HB athletic community. 

Strength & Conditioning began at HB 2017 and has seen significant growth and changes as we have completely remodeled the facilities and the program. During the school year we provide strength & conditioning to all in-season teams, while during the summers we provide camps for all middle school and high school athletes. (Note: You might not know this, but you do not need to be an athlete to utilize our programs. We are here to serve all HB students!)

It is our desire to help all students increase their confidence, strength, mental and emotional well being by participating in our program.
