The Central Office was notified that a lockdown was called at the Cooperative Middle School (CMS) at approximately 2:15 PM today, Thursday, December 13, 2018.

Police were on scene and verified at approximately 2:35 PM that this lockdown has been confirmed as a false alarm. Students will all be dismissed by 2:40 PM today on their normal bus routes.

Again, the lockdown today at CMS was a confirmed false alarm. As always, the safety of your children remain a priority throughout our schools in SAU 16.

ALICE Information Session for Parents

Attached is a letter inviting you to an information session on our recent adoption of a new lockdown protocol program A.L.I.C. E.. In late December we will be sharing the new lockdown protocols with your children at an age appropriate level. If you would like to preview what your child(ren) will learn please come to the information session that will be offered in December.
