2. Data Collection and Usage We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. The App operates entirely offline on your device. We do not use external servers, cloud databases, or third-party tracking analytics to monitor your usage.
3. Device Permissions Explained To function correctly, the App requires specific device permissions. Here is exactly how they are used:
Audio Recording (RECORD_AUDIO): * Why we need it: This permission is required by the Android system to access the audio output mix for the App's visual effects (the Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, and Live Note Detector).
How we protect you: The App does not record, save, or transmit any audio from your microphone or your surroundings. The audio data is processed instantly in real-time solely to draw the visual graphics on your screen and is immediately discarded.
Storage Access:
Why we need it: To scan your device for local audio files so you can play them, loop them, and add them to playlists.
How we protect you: We only read your media files to play them. The App does not upload your files to the internet or share them with anyone.
4. Local Data Storage Any data created within the App—such as custom A-B loops, playlists, equalizer preferences, and playback settings—is saved locally in a database on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, these settings will be permanently deleted. We have no access to this data.
5. Third-Party Services The App does not include third-party advertising networks or external analytics trackers.
