When can I nominate?
Submissions open February 9 and close April 11 at 11:59 PM ET.

Where can I apply? Are paper applications accepted?
All application materials must be submitted via our online form sent to company contacts. Paper applications are not accepted.

Can individuals and/or organizations that are winners apply again the next year?
Current winners must sit out one year and may submit again the following year.

When is the deadline?
The deadline is April 10, 2026 11:59 PM ET.

Can I nominate myself?
No, self-nominations are not accepted. Please check with your authorized company representatives about nominations.

Can an individual who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident be nominated?
A foreign national can be nominated as long as they have a visa to work in the United States.

When will the recipients be announced?
Recipients will be notified personally by May 8, 2026. Each recipient will be recognized at the STEM Connect 2026 convention, which will be held in Seattle, WA, on October 1-3, 2026.

Is there a fee to apply?
No, there are no fees to apply.

Do the winners receive any compensation?
No. The awards are for recognition purposes only and no compensation of any kind is provided.

Do the winners receive a complimentary registration to the National Convention?
No. The winners will be requested to pay for their attendance and any guests to the recognition ceremony at SASE Pro National Conference.

I missed the application deadline. Is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately, we do not accept late applications. These awards are annual, so we would be glad to review your material for next year’s applicants once applications are open. Next year’s applications will be available January 2027.
