Warm up

Strength

Perform 10 sets of 1 repetition of Snatch Grip Deadlifts. These should be very heavy.

Power

In 15 minutes, find today's 1 rep max of either a Power Snatch or a full Snatch.

Workout

Every minute on the minute (EMOM), perform 1 Snatch and 1 Overhead Squat for 12 minutes.

Notes

If you do not feel comfortable performing snatches at this load, you may either lighten the load or perform Alternating Dumbell Snatches at a moderate load. After each rep, perform an One-armed Dumbbell Overhead Squat.
