ThetaHealing®
ThetaHealing® is a way to notice the beliefs you carry that might be holding you back. Once we spot them, we work together to shift them into something that feels better.
The process happens while you’re in a relaxed, meditative theta brainwave state. You’re awake and aware the whole time. It’s not hypnosis, you’re just calm and tuned in. We talk a lot, feel things through, and follow what comes up.
So many things, which is why it’s my go-to for all my own stuff. Some people come in looking for relief from stress or heavy emotions. Some want help with physical health challenges. Some want to attract something specific into their life. Whatever it is, this work is here to help you make those changes happen.
Nope! ThetaHealing isn't tied to any religion. It works with universal energy (you might call that God, the universe, Creator, or something else entirely — or nothing at all), and it leaves plenty of room for your own beliefs, whatever they are.
Sessions
Yes! You can book a free 20-minute intro session here.
It’s not a full healing session, but at the same time, it’s not just a chat about what a session could be like. This is a real chance to experience the work. Even in 20 minutes, there’s space for insight, release, or a shift in how something feels. It might be subtle, but it’s meant to be meaningful.
Here's a quick walkthrough of what to expect:
We start by relaxing into a meditative state.
I intuitively scan your energy to get a sense of what's going on.
We talk about what you want to work on, exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Using a technique called Muscle Testing, we find the limiting beliefs holding you back.
I guide you through the healing process, always asking your permission before each healing step.
We use Muscle Testing again to make sure the new, positive beliefs are in place.
We work through any remaining blocks until everything is clear. If there's nothing left, then we are done!
We’ll be on a video call, so please make sure you have a solid, stable internet connection to avoid interruptions.
Find a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed.
Have a comfortable seat ready. (Tip: I highly recommend having a pillow to hug. It can help make emotional moments feel easier.)
During full sessions, I'll guide you through muscle testing, which involves standing up. Please test your camera setup beforehand to make sure I can see your upper body when you're standing, so we don't have to adjust it during the call.
Bring a general idea of what you want to work on. It doesn’t need to be perfectly formed, but having some intention helps the session flow smoothly.
Make sure you are well hydrated and have a glass of water nearby.
Sessions can go deep, so having a box of tissues handy may be a good idea.
Come with open mind and a willingness to share what feels comfortable for you.
Please be on time so we can make the most of your session.
Ideally, avoid scheduling anything immediately after the session. That way, you won't feel pressed for time and you'll have space to decompress before moving on with your day.
There's no set number. It really depends on what you're working on and what kind of change you're looking for. One session can definitely bring healing and clarity, and for some people, that's all they need. Others prefer to go deeper with a few sessions, or even come in once a month as a kind of energetic maintenance. It's all about what feels right for you.
Most people feel a shift during or right after the session. It might show up as feeling lighter, more clear, or seeing something from a totally new angle. Changes in your day-to-day life can happen right away, or they may unfold over a bit more time.
The cool thing is, the effects often ripple out into other parts of your life too—even areas you didn't work on directly. No need to overthink it. Just keep an open mind, as things can shift in unexpected ways.
Absolutely! Distance is not a factor.
Right now, sessions are only available online.
Absolutely! Gifting a session can be a thoughtful way to support someone's healing journey. Just keep in mind it works best if the person is open and ready to participate. It's a good idea to check in with them first to see if they're interested, so they can fully benefit from the experience.

For Free Intro Sessions: These sessions are just 20 minutes long, so every minute counts. If you're more than 5 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and won't be rescheduled.
For Full Sessions: If you can't make it within the first 10 minutes and haven't notified me in advance, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows mean the session will be closed, and rescheduling won't be possible.
