LATVIA'S INFORMATION

Latvia, is next to Estonia and Lithuania. It is a very small country. The capital of Latvia is Riga. Latvia has 1,875,757 habitants. The official language of Latvia is Latvian, but there are two Latvians; Modern Latvian is spoken in the west of the country; Latgalian is spoken in the east.

ESTONIA'S INFORMATION

Estonia, a Northern European country. It includes more than 1,500 islands, ancient forests, and many lakes. The capital is Tallinn. It has 1,331 million habitants. The language of this country is Estonio.

LITHUANIA'S INFORMATION

 The capital of Lituania is Vilna, near Belarus. It has 2,86 million haitants. Letonio is the official language.

ICE HOCKEY (LATVIA):

How can we play?

Ice hockey is a sport that is played between 2 teams of 6 players with skates on an ice rink. Skaters must direct a puck with a long stick to try to score into the opponent's goal. In the end, the team that has scored the most goals wins.

FLYBOARD BALTIC (ESTONIA):

How can we play?

The Flyboard is attached by a long hose to the jet ski. The water is forced under pressure from the jet ski. The jet ski collects the water at the bow and by means of a turbine expels it at high pressure at the stern.

CYCLING (LITUANIA):

How can we play?

Cycling is a symmetrical sport that is practiced with a mechanical element (bicycle) that limits the athlete's posture between the pedals, on which he fits by means of cleats on his shoes, the saddle, on which he sits, and the handlebars, on which he rests his hands.

KAYAK AND RAFTING (ESTONIA):

How con we play?

The rules are very simple: the ball can be handled with the hand or with the paddle and if the kayak tips over you must leave the field. It is a foul to hit or push an opponent with the hand or paddle, to lean on another player to propel oneself and to touch the ball with the paddle when an opponent tries to catch it with the hand.
