Enrichment Programs:
Requesting Support for Students
SDUSD’s goal is for your child to have a joyous learning summer experience, receiving all the support that is needed to have full access to the enrichment program.
SDUSD’s Team will be in close coordination with the non-profit organizations to ensure our students receive the supports they need during the summer enrichment programs.
Students with IEPs participating in enrichment programs may be considered for additional support to access enrichment programs. The additional support considerations will be determined in coordination with District Special Education staff, enrichment program personnel and parent involvement; and be grounded in the individual student’s IEP. All decisions regarding support for students with IEPs participating in enrichment programs will be made on an individual basis.
The form below can be completed by the Teacher, Principal, Case Manager, Program Provider, Extended Learning Staff, or Parent.

Health Guidance - Masking
Masks required in the health office when students are present, in the symptom isolation area (or go home tent), and in the covid testing area
Effective Wednesday, 5/25/22, indoor masking may return to the required status for:
For an individual school, required masking indoors for a minimum of a 14-day period will resume when:
Within the past 14 days, at least three outbreaks (please note “outbreaks”, not cases) have occurred in the school, AND more than 5% of the school population (students and staff) is infected.
For Districtwide, all schools and district sites return to required indoor masking when San Diego County is in the High Level under CDC Community Level.
These metrics will be reported on the district COVID-19 Dashboard - Masking Metrics
Site administrators and health office staff will be notified if the district or their site reaches this level before a planned message is sent out to families.
