Acacia Burriss is very excited to be a part A Simpler Time. This will be her first show with the Falcon Playhouse and she is happy to be a part of it for this production. She has been doing theater since elementary school, having played the censor in Sally Cotter and the Censored Stone and Marge in The Election with Thurgood Marshall Middle School. As well as other productions outside of school. She is very excited to be working with the amazing cast and crew of this production.
Jadyn Butcher

Jay Butcher is an incoming freshmen who strives to become an actor after high school and college. She believes that the only way to success is perserverance and a good work ethic, which she takes to heart in all her endeavors. In her free time she enjoys baking, volleyball, and is currently learning to play the bass.
Reese Chell

This is Reese’s first performance with the Falcon Playhouse. She feels honored to work alongside this talented cast and crew of A Simpler Time. She is grateful to be featured as an actor in this play as well as a member of the technical crew who created part of the set for this production. Reese would like to thank her teachers, directors, mentors, and cast mates who guided her through her first Falcon Playhouse production.
Mika'la Chiaco †

Mika’la is so excited to be apart of the first summer production with the Falcon Playhouse “A simpler time”. This is her 5th show with the playhouse and is so happy to be back in person with everyone again. She is so incredibly proud of the whole cast and crew and appreciates all their hard work to keeping the art of theater alive.
Michael Chen †

This Will be Michael's third production for the Falcon Playhouse. Michael Chen is currently the sound engineer, assistant stage manager, and crew head for A Simpler time. Prior to that, he was the set/run crew for Working. Other credits include: School of Rock, The Election, and Ten Two. Michael is a member at large in the Falcon Playhouse Board.
Shashini Chinniah

Shashini is so thankful to be a part of the production, A Simpler Time. This is Shashini's first time being an actor on stage and a technician off-stage. It's a great, wonderful first time experience for her, and she's so happy to finally be in-person to do it, after a whole year of online tech theatre. She loves how the crew and cast worked together to find ways to put this play together, despite the challenges of the pandemic. All in all, this summer camp was a brilliant experience together, and she hopes to continue being in future productions either in the Marshall Mustang Theatre or the Falcon Playhouse.

Kailey is excited to be a part of this production. This will be Kailey’s first live performance with the falcon Playhouse, after doing the Twilight Zone. She hopes you will see her in future productions!

Natalia is overwhelmingly grateful to be a part of this summer production of A Simpler Time! This is Natalia’s tenth show with the Falcon Playhouse, and she’s excited to be back in person after having done three virtual productions. This is also her second time directing, and she is incredibly proud of the cast and crew for the work they’ve done on this production, and of the Falcon Playhouse for persevering through the pandemic!

Demian is a sophomore at SRHS and is performing his 2nd show with the Falcon Playhouse and his first show in person! He is very excited to perform in A Simpler Time. He has been working hard with his fellow actors to provide an amazing show.

Ashley is so excited to be part of the Falcon Playhouse’s first summer camp production. Being her fifth production at the playhouse, she is fully ready to step into the spotlight once again and preform with her fellow actors. Her favorite roles she’s had at the playhouse are Candy Cottingham in Working, ensemble in Grease, and Agatha in this production, A Simpler Time. This is Ashley’s first production building sets and doing tech work other than costuming! Ashley would like to give a big, huge thank you to all of her theatre family for helping her personally and in acting, as well as giving her motivation everyday. She would also like to thank her family for driving her everyday and not getting mad that she doesn’t have her license yet.

Nathaniel is excited to be a part of the production of A Simpler Time. This is his 3rd show in the Falcon Playhouse, but the first time he's performing in front of an in-person audience for the playhouse. He is thankful for his friends and family supporting him, even throughout quarantine.

Garrett Henry is elated to put on the Falcon Playhouse’s first ever summer production: A Simpler Time. While this is his 10th production in the Falcon Playhouse, it is his first time as a Crew Head, and his first time ever directing! He is so proud of his actors and his technical crew for working so hard all these weeks. In his spare time, he likes to watch movies, read, go to the beach, and sing in the car. Garrett would like to thank his friends and family for all their years of supporting him to pursue his dream, as well as his fellow actors, technicians, and Mr. Garcia for making the Falcon Playhouse his home away from home.

A Simpler time will be the 2nd production Georgia has been apart of and she is so honored to be apart of it. Georgia is planning on doing theater and tech theater all throughout high school and it is a passion of hers. She is also involved with Volleyball along with other sports aswell. She loves the environment of the Falcon Play House and is beyond is excited to continue with shows here in the future.

Isabelle is grateful to have the opportunity to work on this production, A Simpler Time. Being grateful for this amazing opportunity to design and create set pieces, she plans on working her hardest. This will be the first time she does tech theater, but will not be the last as the process of this production has taught her a lot. Working as hard as she can and doing as much as possible, she hopes to be proud of everything she and others have done.

Sophia is thrilled to be a part of A Simpler Time! This is Sophia's fifth show with the Falcon Playhouse, and is excited to be able to work with other talented artists this summer. Along with this being her fifth acting show, it is her first tech show that she is grateful to be a part of helping behind the scenes. Both the cast and crew are incredible for being able to put this show together in such a short amount of time and have put in so much effort towards their work. <3

Camille LaPlante is extremely excited to be performing in A Simpler Time as Mom and as Brunch. Being a sophomore at Scripps Ranch High School, this will be her fourth production with the Falcon Playhouse. After doing two virtual and one streamed show last year, Camille is thrilled to have a live audience this time. Theatre has been a part of her life since elementary school, and she’s glad to be working with such a wonderful cast and crew for the Playhouse’s first production of the season. Camille would like to thank her family and friends for always being so incredibly supportive.

Abigail Leader is happy to be involved with A Simpler Time as Scenic Charge. She is very excited that she was able to be a part of a production in collaboration with her former theatre program, Marshall Middle theatre. As an incoming Sophomore at Scripps Ranch High School this is her fourth production with the Falcon Playhouse. She is looking forward to many more productions at Scripps Ranch as well as more collaborations with Marshall Middle. Apart from being a technician she also enjoys spending time with friends and playing water polo. Abbey thanks her family for their continued support throughout her years in theatre.

Rachel is very excited to be a part of this production! This is Rachel’s second production with the Falcon Playhouse, previously performing in the ensemble for Grease. Some of Rachel’s performances outside of the Falcon Playhouse include Nala in Lion King and Michael in Elf. She has met many new friends throughout this experience and is excited to continue her journey in theater.

Jayda is very excited to perform in her very first Falcon Playhouse performance. She has played the two roles of Josie and Ella in her first online show, 10 Ways to Survive Life in Quarantine. She is thrilled to be able to do her first in-person show after a year of online Drama Club. She is proud to announce that she has excelled in acting thanks to the support of her friends, directors, and this amazing cast in crew. Jayda has a big passion for the performing arts and is going into her first year as vice president of her school's Drama Club. Ashley always had been enamored by art in its many forms, particularly drawn to the booming vitality in performing arts. Working alongside others this summer to bring A Simpler Time was her first introduction to being a part of a theatre production. She is honored to work with so many determined and talented students and bear witness to the inner spirit flooding onto the stage from one scene to the next that everyone has worked incredibly hard to achieve. Being new to the Falcon Playhouse, the welcoming atmosphere struck a chord within her. Inspired by the people that surrounded her during the preparation of the show, she wishes to pursue theatre further, to seize as many opportunities that come her way. She admires how all the individual actors can shine on stage with the skilled help of the technical crew and is excited to show that brilliance to the awaiting audience.

Roshen is very excited to be a part of this production. After flings with a 5th grade musical (Roshen cannot sing) and an online (bleugh) theater performance during the pandemic, Roshen is excited play the roles of Fendrel and Hoff in A Simpler Time. When not stumbling through lines, Roshen passes the time by stumbling through video games with friends, and nerding out over Star Wars and Marvel. He thanks his family, fellow actors, his wonderful teachers, Mr. Russell and Mr. Garcia, for all the support.

After being a actor in two plays, Robbie Pollard moved on to the technical side of theater assisting in constructing, painting and finalizing 5 sets for the play “A Simpler Time” including four for the final scene and another for a separate scene.

She is so excited that she was able to be a part of a production in collaboration with her former theatre program, Marshall Middle Theatre. Sienna is very excited to perform as part of the Falcon Playhouse. She has acted in many other productions, including playing Aunt Tilly in ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’, being cast as a Narrator in ‘Game of Tiaras’, playing Maggie in ‘Mutually Assured Destruction’, and acting as Gilda in her first Falcon Playhouse production of ‘A Simpler Time’. She is very proud to be part of such a wonderful cast.

Mia is very excited and elated to have the chance to partake in her first play at the Falcon Playhouse. She has acted in many plays previous to this including Mary Poppins as Nanny, Game of Tiaras as Dwarf 1, Guard 2, and Animated Snowman, Mutually Assured Destruction as Tara, and It’s a Wonderful Life as Mr. Potter. After a year of doing theater online she is ecstatic about going back to in-person. She loved the opportunity to work with this amazing cast, crew, and group of directors and to have a chance to form new relationships.

Ariela Schneiderman thoroughly enjoyed student directing and costuming ‘A Simpler Time’. A senior in Scripps Ranch High School, Ariela has performed in over 20 productions, eight of which were with the Falcon Playhouse. Some of her favorite roles include Lefou in Beauty and the Beast, Rose Hoffman in Working, and a passenger in Anything Goes. In her free time, Ariela loves to sing, tap dance, play the piano, paint, and cook. She would like to give a big thanks to her parents and friends for always being supportive of her theatre endeavors, her fellow student directors for all of their motivation and professionalism, Mr. Garcia for providing such an amazing theatrical environment, and her amazingly talented cast for making her job super easy!

Hailey is extremely happy to be in this production. It's her first time working with high schoolers, and the experience has been all around wonderful. She's very excited to continue working with the falcon playhouse, and see more shows done by them. It's been a new learning experience for her, and she's grateful for the people that helped her on the way. :)

Jett Tamayo is extremely happy to finally be putting on a live play. Starting his second year in theater, he can’t wait to see how fun and chaotic (in a good way) it will be. Elaine is a high school senior who played Eugenie in Ten Two, an ensemble role in Mash and Anything Goes and costuming/props in Hiding in the Open and Almost Maine. She is very excited to play Martha Washington in the upcoming show, A Simpler Time! Outside of theatre, she is in her high school cheer team, she used to play in the orchestra.
