Context: Our SGT isn't as strong as we'd like it to be. While we have parents and community members in SGT, they tend to not be as vocal or have much say during the decision making process. Meetings are inefficient and not all agenda items are discussed within a reasonable time frame.
Purpose and Pillar: By having more input from key stakeholders, we can make more inform decisions about what goes on in our school and community. This can also teach us how to onboard new members and make it less intimidating to join our SGT. We want guidance on how to achieve this goal. This would help strengthen our Collaboraitve Decision Making pillar.

Attend monthly workshops with a Teacher-Powered Coach as a team.
Hold mock meeting to practice structures learned at TPP before SGT meeting, invite other stakeholders to join
Reflect on how the process went, what are areas of improvement, any feedback, etc. to make meetings more efficient and equitable
Next Steps: Implement roles and process during next SGT meeting. Offer new meeting norms to other committees.
