To promote equitable access and remove barriers for youth in transition:Ā
students experiencing homelessness as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act
military-connected students
Ā students with refugee/immigrant statusĀ
Ā studentsĀ transitioning from juvenile justice facilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders to benefit students and families
Promote equitable access and educational opportunities to students in transition
Provide appropriate resource connections to students and their families experiencing transitionsĀ
To build capacity throughout the district by providing educaiton to schools and staff on the unique needs of the students and families we serveĀ
