Our team is committed to support our students, their families, and educators and staff as the district's Children and Youth in Transition Liaisons.

Students we serve include students living in the following situations:

• homelessness as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act

• foster care

• military-connected

• refugee and immigrant 

• juvenile justice facilities
