Iguana Insights

Goal: Hear from all community members to better understand the needs, wants, and assets of the community. 

Purpose: Identify the most important areas of growth/need in the community to form working groups of interested educational partners who can engage in direct action as well as the allocation of resources to address the prioritized need. 

Process: Distribute surveys, engage in a series of focus groups, and one-on-one conversations to ensure multiple data-points are gathered from all groups (students, parents, teachers/staff, and community partners) regarding concerns for the community and highlight actions to take to build the community schools work.
