International Space Station Captures Spectacular View of Maha Kumbh 2025 from Space

The world’s largest religious and human gathering, the Mahakumbh 2025, is being fascinated not only from the ground but also from Space. On Sunday dark, the International Space Station (ISS) captured veneration-inspiring images of the Mahakumbh. These pictures showcase the mesmerizing purview of the result, with the creation's largest human gathering along the depository financial institution of the Ganga River beam brightly with lights. Astronaut Don Pettit participated in these videos taken from the ISS on the social sensitive platform ‘X’. 

The range of a function designates the nobleness of the Maha Kumbh Mela's light and the massive human crowd, transforming the bank of the Ganga River into a singular spectacle. These outer space-charm images spotlight the scale of this religious event on Earth. 

The Maha Kumbh is the world’s most popular religious event, where billions of fans take a plunge in the Ganga River to reach spiritual peace. So far, over 13 crore devotees have experienced this blissful and religious moment by bath at the confluence. The images emerging from here have perplexed the integral world. These place photos are trusted to draw the attention of people worldwide to the Mahakumbh. Don Pettit, while sharing the images, wrote that the unbelievable view of the 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela was captured from the International Space Station (ISS). The world’s largest human congregation was beamed along the banks of the Ganga River.

American astronaut and chemical applied scientist Donald Roy Pettit, is known for his study in astrophotography and innovation in distance. Pettit is likewise the inventor of the maiden patent object made in blank space, the ‘Zero-G Cup’. He, at the age of 69, is NASA's oldest active astronaut.
