For redoing the Drum Brakes (Rear), I wish I had a more poetic set of instructions, but to the best of my knowledge, there's no poetic way about it. It's a tedious, aggravating, and muttled process akin to (I imagine) putting together a mechanical self-winding watch (I realize that's a gross oversimplification), so the only two takeaways I have are:
TAKE A PICTURE!! Once the tire and brake drum casing are removed (below) take a picture of how all components are fit before doing ANYTHING.
Use a strong, flat cord (like a lanyard or a hitch strap) to pull springs while setting them - it's impossible by hand. Making a 'U' shape around the spring end with the other situated in its setting, and pulling with the cord will make it possible to extend the spring, set it, and slip the cord away. There are tools explicitly just for this that I'm sure make the whole process easier, but you can also use a string.
Guide:
Put stoppers in front of the front tires. The car should be level and flat.
Set jack stands near where they'll hold up the car (in front of the rear tires along the A-frame)
After jacking the car from the rear center axle (drum) so both tires are lifted, finish loosening and remove lug nuts.
Remove tires.
Remove the drum brake housing (it'll slide off over the threading of the lug nuts screw onto)
TAKE A PICTURE
Replace springs (with a strong flat cord to extend the spring) as shown below, based on your photo. I was unable to find a spring set for the drum brakes that was color-coded and labeled. An annoying fact I can't explain. If you can find a color-coded, labeled set, DO THAT.
