2018-2019 school year will be my "homecoming" to Sprague. I am teaching in the same classroom I had science as a freshman and coaching basketball on the same court I played on for 4 years!

Education:

I graduated from Sprague in 2011 and continued my education at George Fox University, where I majored in Biology and played basketball. Shortly after my undergraduate studies concluded, I started my graduate teaching program through Pacific University, based in Woodburn. I received my Master of Arts in Teaching in 2016.

For the last 2 years, I have been teaching 7th grade math at Claggett Creek Middle School in Keizer. I absolutely loved my time there, but am excited to make the switch to high school and begin this journey at my alma mater! GO OLYS!

Personal:

My husband Mitch, is a PE teacher at Waldo Middle School. Our son Miles will be 1 in December and our dog Bindi is a 5 year old rescue PapiJack.
