Ready to Apply?

As part of the application you will be asked to tell us about your leadership skills by identifying one activity in which you had a leadership role. You'll be asked to:

• Describe the leadership activity or project

• Describe your role and responsibilities within the activity or project

• Provide the number of leaders under your leadership

• Provide the total amount of time devoted to the activity or project

• Describe the outcome/impact

• Tell us how this experience helped you while you are in college?

Please ensure you have the following items to include with your application:

• Signed and dated media release and photography form

• Chapter advisor/sponsor verification of all information related to the activity or project (Program Advisor Verification Form) 

Application Considerations

• The scholarship application is an online form. 

• For the best experience, sign in with your Google Account.  If you’re signed in with your Google Account, your application automatically saves your progress as a draft for up to 30 days, allowing you to return and finish later.

• Otherwise, you will need to start over if you are not able to complete your application in one sitting. Please allow 20 - 30 minutes to complete your application.
