Summer Conditioning

Welcome! We are glad that you are interested in running with us.

During the summer you should plan on taking part in our summer conditioning program. It is a great opportunity to get to know the team, captains, and coaches, while preparing for competition in the fall. We welcome athletes with a range of abilities, but plan to run at least three miles each day you join us. Regardless of your experience, you will have a group to train with and you are welcome to join us at any point during the summer.

*Please note that the schedule listed in community education was our rough plan submitted in early March of this year. As coaches finalize their personal summer calendars, we may need to adjust dates. All changes to the schedule/dates will be announced via email and the XC Google calendar.
