Saint Patrick Catholic School admits students of any race, color or religious belief. The school shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex or religious belief in the administration of education policies, parish athletics and other school-administered programs.
Tuition and registration fees cover a percentage of the cost of educating a student at Saint Patrick Catholic School. Figures for the past few years indicate that over $750,000 is budgeted to cover the cost of educating our students. The cost per pupil is over $8,000. Saint Patrick Parish invests approximately $230,000 to the school each year.
Rates are reviewed annually by the Pastor and Principal and then approved by the Saint Patrick Parish Finance Committee. For a Catholic child to receive the Saint Patrick Parish tuition rate, the family must meet the following criteria:
Be registered members of Saint Patrick Parish, have their children baptized, attend Mass with their children on a regular basis, receive the Sacraments, and support the Parish financially with a weekly contribution to Saint Patrick Church and help with Parish activities.
Parents who are not registered members of Saint Patrick Parish are asked to give support to the school with a higher tuition investment since our parishioners subsidize the school by their Church contributions. This fee is indicated on the Tuition Investment Schedule, which is available at the school office or email email@example.com.
Upon request to register a student, the family will need to complete a School Registration Packet that includes the following:
¨ School Registration Form and Payment of Registration Fee (this is non-refundable and non-negotiable)
¨ Parent Participation Investment Form
¨ Parent Tuition Investment Contract
Registration packets are sent home with students for the upcoming year in January. New families may pick these up at the school office.
There are four tuition payment options available:
+ Payment in full on or before August 20, 2020
+ Two payments; prior to August 20 and October 31, 2020
+ Quarterly payments made September and November 2020, and February and April 2021
+ FACTS Automatic Withdrawal Monthly Payment
***ANY unpaid tuition, cafeteria or other charges from the previous school year MUST be paid in full by July 2 of the upcoming school year before a registration will be officially accepted. If tuition in arrears is paid before the start of the current school year, the child may be accepted (space permitting) and the applicable registration fee (amount due at date accepted) will be charged. Failure to pay all school fees by July 2 of the current school year will result in held student records and may result in legal action with fees added to the collection account until financial obligations are met. If special arrangements are needed, please contact the Principal prior to the last day of the current school year.
