Registering for Parent
& Guardian VSware Access

This year, the College will be sending reports digitally via the VSWare website and mobile App.
It is important to register for this service in advance of reports being published. Your account on VSWare will be linked to the mobile phone number you have registered with the College. If you have opted out of receiving text messages from Saint Eunan's, you will not receieve results online.
Once you have received the text message with your unique Username, you can follow these instructions to register on the VSWare system via the website or through their free app.

Step 1 : Visit the VSWare website or open the App.
Click on the 'Create or reset your password' link.
If the system asks for the school, select St.Eunan's College.

Step 2 : Enter the username you recieved via text message and the last 4 digits of the mobile number you have registered.
Click on 'Send code'.

Step 3 : Enter the 8 digit code you recieved via text message and create a new password - take note of the password requirements.

Step 4 : You will be asked to sign in again with your new password and agree to the terms etc.
You will then be in the Parent Dashboard.

Step 5 : You can then click on your son's profile and several options will appear. This year, only Assessments will be active. Select Assessments and then Term Assessments to see available results.
Parents will be notified when results and reports are released.
