Gichigami Grapple 2026

Join DSSA and DYC for the 2026 Gichigami Grapple, a day of small-boat racing on Lake Superior and Superior Bay. ILCA/Laser and Club 420 sailors of all ages and experience levels are welcome, with racing planned for Saturday, August 22nd near Park Point or on Lake Superior, conditions permitting.

Following the races, sailors, families, volunteers, and supporters are invited to the Duluth Yacht Club 13th Street site for awards, recognition, and a social dinner/grillout. Dinner is included with competitor registration.
