If you want to complain, then you should definitely seek advice from the Academic Coordinator. He/she can tell you what complaints are possible and how to proceed.
Remember that you cannot complain about an exam result that you had hoped for differently.
If you are unhappy about anything at SAE, we will usually find a way to resolve it. In any case, you should first talk to the head of your department, who can either help you directly or forward your concern to the person in charge. You are welcome to discuss subject-related matters or teaching with your teachers.
If, contrary to expectations, your problem cannot be solved through discussion, you can also make a formal complaint. However, SAE institutes usually try to solve problems as quickly and unbureaucratically as possible.
