Specialisation: Role Development  

Overview

Studio 4 will prepare you to enter into a  Major Production project (CIM312 / CIM316 & CIM330) in that it will build your specialisation practice to be at its most proficient level. 

In this way, you will be expected to be able to build your skill level in a particular role relevant to your future career aspirations. The projects in ANI314 focuses on you developing this role beyond your previous specialist projects and completing a deliverable/set of deliverables that is reflective of what you will potentially be producing in the core production phase of your major production and beyond. 

This will result in you producing near industry-level output for your chosen role within the context of a project concept.

Process

As you are aiming to refine and iterate on your core specialization skills to their most significant level to date, the majority of this Trimester is dedicated to this work.

This is your opportunity to flesh out what particular workflows, processes, pipelines need to be established to ensure that once you are part of a major production project, you can commence full production with little to no delay and be producing high quality, polished content for whatever the nature of the project is.
