My name is Jeff Melius, and this will be my 27th year teaching K-8 Music at Sacred Heart Catholic School. This is my 4th year in my position as the 7-8 Social Studies teacher.  I also teach private piano lessons.

I have lived in Minnesota my whole life, growing up in the small town of Winthrop before moving to the Twin Cities, where I graduated from the University of St. Thomas.  I met my wife, Kerry, here and we have been married for 29 years.  We live in Maple Grove.

I love the smaller community here and have met many lifelong friends in faculty, family, and students!  Music  has  been my passion for as long as I can remember, I have always been a fan of Geography and History , and I love to travel, having hit all 50 states!
