"Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our 'God is a consuming fire.'" Hebrews 12:28-29
At. St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church we endeavor to provide opportunities for worship. This may mean worship in the church, in a home, at a camp . In all cases, we're a church that seeks to worship God, at all times and in all places, with reverence and awe! Read on to find out how you can worship God at SACPC.
Worship This Week
We will have three worship services this Sunday. From 8:30 - 9 a.m. there will be a service of morning prayer and weekly communion in the Chapel. At 10:15 we will offer two worship services, one in the Sanctuary and one in Brown Hall.
See below for additional information on service styles.
Sanctuary Worship Services
Our sanctuary worship services are held in our church sanctuary, which was built in 1917. Worship often features traditional and contemporary hymns led by our choir and accompanied by our Casavant Freres pipe organ.
Brown Hall Worship Service
Our Brown Hall worship service is held in Brown Hall, an extension of our main building added in 1994. Worship often features contemporary christian songs led by our Praise Band.
Special Worship Services
On regular occasions we will offer special opportunities for the praise and worship of God, including Holy Week and Advent services, vesper services, weddings, and funerals.
Children in Worship: Have children? Children are welcome in worship, but we do offer childcare for small children during our 11:00 AM services.
Special Requests: Need to inquire about weddings, baptisms, or funerals? We offer support for special services. Contact us with the details of your request.
