🔒 How to Remove the AI Companion Button in Zoom

To turn off the AI Companion toolbar in Zoom:

For Individual Users:

1. Sign in at zoom.us.
   
   

2. Go to Settings → AI Companion.
   
   

3. Toggle off “AI Companion panel in Zoom Workplace.”
   
   

If the toggle is grayed out, your account admin needs to disable it.

For Admins/Hosts:

1. Sign in as admin at zoom.us.
   
   

2. Go to Account Management → Account Settings → AI Companion.
   
   

3. Turn off “AI Companion panel in Zoom Workplace.”
   
   

4. Click the lock icon to apply this to all users.
   
   

🛑 This feature may record or summarize meetings. Disabling it helps protect NA’s tradition of anonymity.
