1. Significant Figures and Units

In this section we will focus on two of the major differences between calculations done in a math class and calculations done in a science class: Significant Figures and Units.

The first part is an introduction to the idea of Significant Figures as well as how the work in calculations. For this section, please watch:

The second part is an introduction to Units, Unit Conversions, and the Metric System. For this section, please watch:
