The term 'learning dispositions' refers to the way in which learners engage in and relate to the learning process.
Learner dispositions support us to embed the skills of an effective learner at any stage or phase in the process of learning.
The 3/4 LC are developing their understanding of the 5 dispositions that underpin learning at SAPS.

Talk about responding with wonder and awe, building relationships and allowing our students to celebrate a great week before a potential lockdown. We found the week before last tough after such a quick/snap lockdown (6.0), and with 7.0 looming, we decided it's would be nice to share capture some good times and smiles aplenty to remind us that our kids are pretty great and we all show our GREATNESS in different ways, at different times!

The inter-school sport program is a great way to engage students outside the classroom. Participation in sport provides children with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to develop and maintain their physical, mental, social and emotional health.
Sport promotes the potential for lifelong participation in physical activity through the development of motor skills, movement competence and health-related physical fitness.
Engaging in sport provides children with a sense of community and social connectedness, which are vital components of overall wellbeing.
In addition, making connections with other schools supports students approaching the transition towards secondary school
Last week students showcased their science projects that they have been making at home. The projects were displayed for the week.
Classes from throughout the school visited the exhibition to recognise and celebrate the work from other in our community.
We had lots of excited students and we congratulate everyone who got involved to contribute to a wonderful sharing of learning!
We have been in the process of rebuilding the footy goal posts for down at oval to provide students with another play space. Last week, some of our leaders were invited to help Ronnie start to paint the new posts. They showed persistence, collaboration and determination whilst painting this afternoon.
