RYSK-IT acts as a data processor for companies using Rooster.nu. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Rooster.nu

We collect:

•     Name

•     Phone number

•     Email address

•     Employee work schedule (dates/times)

Purpose:

    To allow company managers and HR to schedule and manage work schedules

RYSK-IT acts as a data processor for companies using Rooster.nu. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

OCTO.CAB

OCTO.CAB functions similarly to Taxi-Agenda and follows the same data collection and usage patterns.

We collect:

•     Name, email, phone number

•     IP address

•     Location data

•     Booking details

Purpose:

    To provide and manage transport services and improve user experience

RYSK-IT acts as a data processor for companies using OCTO.CAB. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Data sharing

We only share personal data with:

• Service providers who need the data to fulfill our services (e.g., hosting, drivers)

• Legal authorities, if required by law

• No data is sold or shared for marketing without consent

All processors we work with are GDPR-compliant.

Data retention

For most of our services, including Rooster.nu, Taxi-Agenda, Tour-Agenda, and OCTO.CAB, RYSK-IT acts as a data processor. This means that our customers (the data controllers) are responsible for determining how long personal data is retained in our systems and when it should be deleted.

We do not access, modify, or delete customer data unless explicitly requested by the customer or required by law.

RYSK-IT will:

•     Retain customer data as long as the customer maintains an active account

•     Ensure secure storage and access control during this period

•     Delete or return data upon contract termination or at the customer's request, in accordance with our agreement

We may retain limited technical or administrative data (e.g., logs, billing records) for a period necessary to:

•     Meet legal or regulatory obligations

•     Resolve disputes

•     Enforce our agreements

Your rights under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals have the right to:

Please note: for personal data that is entered and managed by our customers in our SaaS platforms (e.g., Rooster.nu, Taxi-Agenda, Tour-Agenda, OCTO.CAB), RYSK-IT acts as a data processor. In these cases, we do not determine how or why personal data is processed.

If your personal data has been submitted to our platform by a company or organization using our services, you should contact them directly (the data controller) to exercise your rights.
