Flowers can be picked up in front of the school (PAC entrance) on May 10th from 2:45-3:30pm. All flowers that are not picked up will be donated.

Congrats to Valentina Ferrante & Myli Bruno!
Congratulations to our own Valentina Ferrante (grade 9) and Myli Bruno (grade 10). Now in its 3rd year, the NEW FACES program has continued to grow in the vision of promoting arts education and recognizing students for their excellence in performance. This year achieved the highest participation with over 100 audition videos submitted!
Audition videos were reviewed by a panel of 12 professional casting agents who are members of The Casting Society of America. Their scores were used to determine 10 students in each discipline (Acting, Dance, Vocal) to be recognized as NEW FACES | 2024 HONOREES.
May 10th at 3pm: Jesse Aaronson Film Acting Workshop
Jesse Aaronson is a New York City based actor. He most recently appeared on Broadway in Tom Stoppard's Leopoldstadt, which won the 2023 Tony Award for Best New Play. Other credits include the off-Broadway comedy The Play That Goes Wrong, as well as a number of shows in Chicago. His television credits include Law and Order: SVU, and various commercials. Jesse is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan.
Jesse will be working with students in a masterclass style to work on film acting technique and opening the floor to a Q&A about acting.
Jamibeth Margolis Casting Director Workshop: June 11th
Jamibeth Margolis has more than twenty years experience as a professional casting director in New York. She was with Johnson-Liff Casting Associates, Cameron Mackintosh, and Margolis-Seay Casting and is now out on her own as a freelance casting director. Previous credits include the Broadway and National Touring Companies of such mega hits as Les Miserables, The Phantom Of The Opera, Miss Saigon, Cats, and Jane Eyre as well as two dozen other shows on Broadway. She currently casts for Broadway, Off- Broadway, National Touring Companies, The National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene, Plaza Theatricals in Elmont, NY, concerts, and shows for prominent regional theaters and many of the major theater festivals in NYC. Her casting office is dedicated to the development of new plays and musicals. Additional casting credits include multiple television pilots and on camera industrials for major US companies
