IJS Kids believe that healthy bodies make healthy minds.
Our 5 keys to good health are:
1. Eat well
2. Exercise
3. Sleep well
4. Keep clean
5. Have checkups

1JS Class Promises
When we care about each other and our classroom, we share, take turns, and help each other learn.
We listen carefully, always try our best, work hard, give compliments, and have lots of fun together.
We know that everyone makes mistakes and we won't laugh or make fun of others.
We think before acting, do what is right, and stop when someone asks us to.
This is who we are even when no one is watching.
