Welcome to RVwise.ai (“RVwise,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the RVwise.ai mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use RVwise.ai. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The App provides RV buyers and owners with tools, calculators, information, and AI-powered advisory services.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.
Our Privacy Policy (separate document) explains how we collect, use, and share your information, including location and usage data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.
RVwise.ai uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide information and insights.
AI-generated results are advisory only and not financial, legal, or tax advice. You should verify any decisions with a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of AI outputs.
Some features may require payment or a subscription.
All fees are disclosed in the App Store / Google Play store and are billed through your account with Apple or Google.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s policies.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App are owned by RVwise.AI Inc. or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RVwise.AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, vehicle purchases, or dealer negotiations arising from use of the App.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVwise.AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and will take effect upon your continued use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
