Community Resources
Various resources have been listed below by community. These resource lists are not exhaustive, and resources change all of the time, so we invite you to do your own research as well.
If you are seeking mental health or addiction supports in the Calgary area, we also invite you to consider calling the Access Mental Health number (403-943-1500) where an Alberta Health Services employee will complete a telephone intake with you to determine what referrals might be in your best interest.
If you are in the Edmonton area, you can call 1-825-402-6799 to be connected with services in your area.
If you aren't sure what zone you might be in, you can call the provincial number, and they will direct you accordingly: 1-888-594-0211.
