The Rocky View Administrators Association (RVAA) is a local sub-committee of Principals and Assistant Principals from RVATA35. We ensure the professional networking of site-based administrators within Rocky View Schools. We meet to discuss common issues, supporting each other as leaders and the work we do in our schools. We are a contact for Principals and Assistant Principals if they are looking for a collegial connection or conversation. RVAA is also a committee that can support professional learning opportunities and mentorship for new administrators. The Chairperson of RVAA meets with the Superintendent twice a year to discuss positive growth and areas of concern from site based administrators’ collective voice.
