Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

REFUNDS – There are absolutely no refunds or credits for any reason the day class begins or after the first meeting of class.

If there is low enrollment two business days prior to the class start date, the Rutherford Community School will cancel class and provide you with a full refund via check. We cannot issue a refund to your credit card. .

If you request to cancel class, this action must be done at least two days before the start date of class. A refund minus a $25.00 processing fee will incur.

In case of inclement weather or an emergency, visit or webpage , website, twitter or Facebook page. If class is cancelled due to inclement weather or an emergency, we will make-up the missed session. If the class cannot be made up due to scheduling conflicts, we will not provide a refund for that missed class sessions.

If Rutherford Community School cancels a class, we will provide a full refund via a check.

Please email communityschool@rutherfordschools.org if you need to withdraw or cancel a class or request a refund for a class that has been canceled.. Failure to request a cancellation via email will result in credit on your account and not being refunded with a check. Checks take 4-6 weeks to process and are returned via USPS. We cannot process them over the phone or from voicemails.
