Basketball

Play basketball in an open gym environment. Get your exercise and sharpen your skills in this co ed class. Must be 18 years old. Limit to 40 players

Yoga for Relieving Stress in Mind and Body

Gentle stretches matched with mindfulness has been proven to create extraordinary changes in people's flexibility, strength, resilience to disease, as well as the ability to enjoy life with a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Classes include: postures, deep relaxation and breathing practices. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Please refrain from eating or drinking for about two hours prior to the class to avoid indigestion discomfort. It is advised that pregnant women refrain from taking this course and seek a Yoga Instructor certified to teach pregnant women. Please bring a Yoga mat.

Barre Above

Experience an amazing low impact workout that will lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body by fusing the very best of Pilates, Yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Barre Basics is for all bodies, and you don’t need to worry about dance experience, no dancing required! Classes taught by a certified instructor and will include modifications for any fitness level so you can immediately feel successful! Wear comfortable workout clothes. Class can be taken barefoot but Barre Sox (Socks with a grippy bottom) are recommended and can be purchased from instructor for $10 or keep your athletic shoes on, that is ok as well! Bring light hand weights, a yoga mat, and a folding chair for balance challenges is optional. Don't forget a water bottle!

Beginning Mat Pilates

Designed for the beginning Pilates student, this Mat Pilates class incorporates the basic principles of Mat Pilates including proper breathing, posture and form. All movements are explained in very detailed manner. It incorporates a fully body on the floor workout, a stretch routine and ends with a short meditation. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, especially the beginning or deconditioned student. Modifications are provided to ensure all students experience success in their workout routine. You will leave class feeling toned and refreshed! A yoga mat is required. This class can be taken barefoot, with yoga or barre sox (sox with grippy bottom) or keep your athletic shoes on. Barre sox can be purchased from instructor for $10 as well.

Volleyball

For those of you who like to play the game of volleyball the way it is supposed to be played, this is the course for you!!! PLAYERS NEED TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME AND ITS OBJECTIVES. All players must be over the age of 18! Class limit is to 25 player.
