My name is Kendra Popplewell and this is my 4th year teaching at RCHS. I am a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College (BA), Western Kentucky University (MAE), and University of the Cumberlands (MAT). I am teaching Sophomore, Junior and Senior English for the 2020-2021 school year.

My husband, Tim, and I call Russell Co. our home. We are blessed to share it with our two children: Luke (RCMS 8th grade) and Hayden Dean (age 4). We love spending time at home, church, Lake Cumberland and supporting the Lakers!

While the beginning of the 2020 school year is nothing like we would have imagined, all of us at RCHS are determined to make it the best experience possible for our students by cultivating engaging and interactive Google classrooms. This is new to all of us, so just do your absolute best and reach out when help is needed!
