This Privacy Policy explains how RunAIPilot and all assciated products including 40 Day Forge, ClipFlow, and Varipocket.
We do not collect or sell your personal data.
Your challenge progress is stored locally on your device.
Photos you take or select are saved to your device’s Photos library (if you choose to save them).
We do not run ads and do not share user data with advertisers.
We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or address to use the App.
The App stores certain information locally on your device to function, such as:
Your daily checklist completion status
Your progress/streak information
Your selected challenge options (if applicable)
This information remains on your device unless you delete the App or clear its data.
If the App includes features that allow you to capture or select photos:
Photos are handled through your device’s permissions.
Any photos you save are stored in your Photos library on your device.
We do not upload your photos to our servers.
Because App data is stored locally, we use it only to:
Display your progress and daily checklist status
Support the core features of the App
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.
We do not share your progress data or photos because we do not receive them.
At this time, the App is intended to function without requiring you to provide personal information. If we introduce third-party services in the future (such as payments, analytics, or crash reporting), we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what those services collect and why.
Because your App data is stored locally on your device, you control it.
You may remove the data by uninstalling the App.
Photos saved to your Photos library remain there until you delete them.
40 Day Forge is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable steps to protect the App, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Since your progress data is stored locally, your device’s security settings (passcode/Face ID, etc.) play the primary role in protecting it.
You can choose whether to grant the App access to Photos/Camera (if applicable).
You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the “Effective date” above.
