Here are some troubleshooting steps to take for issues with Chromebooks.
1. Clearing the cache. (This may need to be done twice)

3. Make sure the browser is updated
Turn on your Chromebook.
Log into the chromebook
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings.
At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
Select Check for updates.
If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
4. It may be helpful to clear all chrome settings.
A few apps and paged may need the ad blockers to be disabled. This has to be done by the student user.

Some students and staff are experiencing technical difficulties and most are due to one of the following.
Device and browser (Google Chrome) are logged into multiple Google accounts. This will not allow clever, IXL, Flip Grid (the list goes on) to work correctly.
FIX: Sign out multiple accounts at once
When you sign out of one account, you also sign out of all your accounts on that browser:
On your computer, go to a Google page, like www.google.com.
On the top right, select your profile image or initial.
On the menu, choose Sign out.
Sign back into the account associated with 3rd party service
Corrupt or outdated “Cookie” files. This is VERY common. This will mess up a lot of web based activities and services. Clear those cookies!
To clear existing cookies:
While in Chrome press 'Ctrl+H' - MAC users
While in Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
