Welcome! I am Assistant Professor Dr. Eakkasit Punrat, an analytical chemist and lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Ramkhamhaeng University. My research is driven by a passion for exploring the world of electrochemical and flow-based analysis, with a core focus on detecting heavy metals and toxins to ensure environmental safety.
I earned my B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Chulalongkorn University. My doctoral research pioneered innovative flow-based methods for the detection of heavy metals, including Pb, Cd, Zn, Cr, As, and Hg. Currently, I am honored to serve as the Assistant Secretary of the Science Society of Thailand under Royal Patronage (2026–2027), where I contribute to the advancement of science and public relations in our community. Beyond the laboratory, I am committed to making chemistry accessible and sustainable through "Green Sample Preparation" and the development of cost-effective analytical tools.
