• Visit the event’s official website to fill out the registration form.

• Download the RTI to Go mobile app, and upload a photo.

• No more than one entry for each participant.

• Rules

• Entries must be in line with the stated purpose of the event. Controversial ethnic, religious, political, cultural, and gender-related issues should be avoided. Entries must not contain obscenity, violence, slander, personal attacks, or involve intrusion into privacy, nor should they hurt social norms and public order or violate the laws and regulations of the Republic of China (ROC).

• Participants who fail to provide correct personal information, violate the registration rules or other laws will have their right to participate in the contest annulled and their prizes retracted.

• Any changes to the event’s schedule and terms will be announced on the organizer’s official website, including the right to cancel, change, terminate, or suspend the event. The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the contest and make changes unilaterally. In case of dispute, the Chinese-language version takes precedence.

• About the Award

• In accordance with the ROC Income Tax Act, recipients must provide personal identification information and file taxes if they receive a cash prize. The cash prize is counted as personal income.

• In accordance with ROC tax regulations, foreign residents who have been in Taiwan for over 183 days during a given year and who win cash or any award will have 10% of the value of any such award deducted as tax. They also need to provide a proof of residence for the period. Those who have been in the country less than 183 days will be taxed at 20%.

• Recipients agree to forfeit their right to claim a prize if they refuse to pay the tax or if the information they provide is inaccurate and/or incomplete.

• The organizer is not liable for any delay, sending to an incorrect address, loss of, or damage to the entries due to recipients providing inaccurate information. Participants take full responsibility for their damaged or delayed entries.

• In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, recipients agree to allow the organizer to collect, process, and make use of their personal information for the purposes of this event only. The information will not be used for other purposes. Recipients also agree to authorize the organizer to publicize their names.

• Prizes cannot be substituted with cash. If a given item is out of stock or there are other reasons preventing issuance, the organizer reserves the right to change the prize and replace it with an item of comparable value. Participants cannot request cash in lieu of the prize. the organizer bears no maintenance or warranty responsibility for the prize items.
