Our High School Diploma program is designed for adults who want to complete the requirements to earn their high school diploma. With personalized classes and academic support, students progress at their own pace until all credits are met. The program also provides ongoing guidance, educational counseling, and preparation for college or the workforce. Enrollment is open year-round to fit individual needs.

The HiSET preparation program equips students with the skills needed to succeed on the High School Equivalency Tests in Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and Social Studies. Courses include practice with updated materials, diagnostic testing, and individualized study plans to strengthen each student’s abilities. Support is also provided for the official testing registration process. Enrollment is available year-round, allowing students to start whenever they are ready.

The College Transition program is designed for adult learners who want to continue their education at a college or university. Students receive academic support in reading, writing, and math, as well as guidance on study skills, time management, and navigating the admissions process. The program also provides help with financial aid applications, placement testing, and career planning. Enrollment is open year-round to support students at any stage of their journey toward higher education.

Our ESL program helps adult learners improve their English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Classes are tailored for different proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced students, and focus on everyday communication, workplace language, and academic preparation. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Evening Program is designed for working adults who need a flexible schedule. Students receive classroom instruction, lab training, and clinical experience that meet state certification requirements. Emphasis is placed on patient-centered care, safety, and professional skills needed for employment in healthcare facilities. Background check, TB test, and immunizations are required.

The CNA with Medication Aide Endorsement course provides additional training for Certified Nursing Assistants to safely administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The program includes classroom instruction, lab practice, and a final skills competency evaluation. Participants must hold a valid Maine CNA certificate to enroll.

Seventy-eight (78) hours of classroom instruction and twenty-six (26) hours of lab experience to prepare for the State CDL Class B written and skills exam and forty-four (44) hours of driving instruction to prepare students for the State Road Test.
