Woolwich Central School
Meet your school counselor!
Dear Parents/Guardians/Community Members,
I am very pleased to have the opportunity to continue to be a part of Woolwich Central School and the larger school community.
After graduating from Lincoln Academy, I received a Bachelors of Science in Community and Justice Studies from Guilford College in North Carolina. Then, I moved back to Maine and completed my Masters in School Counseling at the University of Southern Maine. I completed my internship and worked in the Biddeford School Department before moving back to Round Pond in hopes of serving a community closer to home. After a few years at South Bristol School, I am happy to have found a position at WCS!
As a school counselor, it is my primary responsibility to promote the academic, social, and career development of every student at WCS. I teach developmental guidance lessons in the classrooms, meet with students in groups, and individually. I collaborate with teachers, administration, staff, families, and other community resources to help continue their hard work of creating a positive and effective learning environment for the students.
When I'm not in Woolwich, I am usually outside, cooking, reading, watching bad TV, or spending time with my family in Round Pond.
