Q: I am being asked to log into ContentKeeper when I open Safari. How do I fix this?

A: Click the home button to leave Safari and click on the CK-Auth app. This should log you into the content filter. Wait one minute and then go back to Safari to verify that you are connected.

Q: I have one of the pre-installed apps missing, what should I do?

A: Click on the RSD Apps button and find the app you want to install. Click the install button and let it sit powered on. The app will automatically install.
