Thank you for showing your Wildcat PRIDE!
Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week is an annual alcohol❌, tobacco 🚭, and drug violence prevention campaign. Did you know Red Ribbon Week was created in memory of DEA Agent Enrique Kiki Camarena, who was murdered in 1985?
Did you know heroin was once legal and promoted as a cough medicine? Fentanyl is the most dangerous drug, with so much potency that it can very easily be lethal. Don't do drugs for your own sake and others. Also don't smoke - it ruins your lungs and it's very gross. Actually, it affects both your and others' lungs with secondhand smoke that causes lung cancer, bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, and respiratory infections.
Thank you to STUCO for planning an educational week of fun activities and learning with our grade level guest speakers.
