Flute

"I Don't Make Mistakes When Playing A Flute...I Make Spontaneous Creative Decisions!"

Patience! Patience! Patience!

The Playing Position

The flute is a wonderful instrument that will fill your home with beautiful, flowing sounds, both gentle and powerful. Parents and students need to understand that, at the beginning, it can feel very awkward to hold, which can make students feel overwhelmed at first. Have patience and support your child by having them practice everyday, not only to learn how to play notes, but to get comfortable holding the instrument correctly. Everything else will get easier much faster after overcoming the playing position.
