Can I check on a payment after I’ve requested it?
If you want to check on the status of payments you requested:
Click the Earnings Detail button on the RRD Content Source homepage.
Select Payment Requests tab.
In the resulting screen, you will see the following information:
Status shows you if the request is submitted, pending or approved by the RRD Content Source supervisor. Reconciled means that amount has been sent to PayPal.
Pay ID is the transaction number that appears in your PayPal account once payment has been made.
Date shows when you requested the payment.
Amount shows the amount requested.
Clicking on View shows all the assignments included in that amount.
