Is it OK to copy and paste my text into the RRD Content Source Workbench?

We recommend writing directly in the Workbench whenever possible. If you create the text outside of the system, you must copy/paste it as plain text using the icon in the toolbar. Otherwise, your text may bring in extraneous formatting and you may get Validation Failures.

How to paste as plain text:

Select the Paste as Plain Text icon in the toolbar.
Paste your text into the box that pops up.
Select OK at the bottom right.

You can then format the text, using the toolbar options.

Note: Pasting as plain text will strip out any formatting you did in your word processing program, including links. You will need to redo all formatting and links after pasting as plain text in the RRD Content Source Workbench.
